A small gasoline leak in a segment of Colonial’s Line 1 has prompted the US Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration to order a shutdown. US DOT has ordered the petroleum pipeline company to prepare a restart plan to be approved by PHMSA before resuming shipments.
