Who We Are

AIS is an American software development company that specializes in software solutions for process industries. Our products are used at oil refineries, chemical plants, catalyst manufacturers, offshore oil platforms, open-pit mines, and floating liquefied natural gas vessels around the world. Our office is strategically located in the Fairhaven district of Bellingham, Washington at the epicenter of oil refining in the Pacific Northwest and within 100 miles of seven major US and Canadian oil refineries.

Commitment to Safety

AIS was founded in 1994 after six refinery coworkers, personal friends of ours, were killed in an industrial accident. The investigation that followed revealed that this incident could have been prevented with better access to the right information and the right documents to make the right decisions. From that day forward, AIS has been committed to producing world-class operations management / reporting and document management software solutions to oil refineries & chemical processing plants, resulting in safer and more profitable facilities. It's our core value.
