Refinery Operations: Wyoming Refinery, Logistical Assets Aquired By Par Pacific

Wyoming Refining Co. purchased by Par Pacific Holdings, Inc.

Exciting news coming out of Wyoming as Par Pacific takes control of the Newcastle refinery, the 140-mile Thunder creek crude pipeline, and a proprietary jet fuel terminal in Rapid City, among other things.

Par Pacific now has access to Powder River basin crude, a direct connection to the Butte pipeline, and therefore access to Bakken crude supplies.

Par Pacific intends to add 4,000 b/d of isomerization capacity at Newcastle by the end of the year.
